The AIM AI Accelerator Programme, delivered in partnership with Galvia AI, is a six-week hybrid programme designed to help SMEs to adopt AI for growth, efficiency, and innovation. We address both the technical and strategic aspects of AI adoption, ensuring you're equipped to integrate AI effectively into your business operations.

This programme is specifically tailored for SMEs in the West and North West of Ireland, targeting decision-makers seeking to integrate AI into their operations and leverage AI for business transformation.

Week 1:

Workshop - How to Begin Your AI Journey
An Introduction to AI: You will gain a comprehensive understanding of Artificial Intelligence, with a particular focus on Generative AI and Machine Learning and how it can deliver impact in the business world

Week 2:

One on One Sessions - Understanding Your Data
You will will have one-on-one sessions with our tech team to explore their data, assess its potential, and begin identifying potential AI-driven use cases.

Workshop - Legal Impacts of AI
Partnering with legal experts Byrne Wallace LLP, we will delve into ethical considerations, governance, bias, and the legal framework surrounding AI.

Week 4:
AIM Centre, Sligo
Workshop - Implications for Business Strategy
This session explores how AI impacts overall business strategy, featuring discussions on real-world case studies. Our clients will share their AI journey, and learn from real use-cases.

We ask that you apply on behalf of your business.
Each organisation can nominate up to two representatives who will work as a single team throughout the programme.

The first programme will run from 30th April and will run for a six-week period.

During the course of the programme you will work alongside experts to identify, scope and prioritise a specific long-list of potential opportunity areas to target.

To accommodate participants’ business commitments, the programme will be run through a hybrid model. The programme will include on-site events at AIM Centre, Sligo and our partner venue, Platform94, Galway and we will be sure to let you know well ahead of time.

Our AI Accelerator Programme costs €7,500 per company, however the programme qualifies for De Minimis aid, meaning 80% of the cost can be covered through state aid allowances.
Eligible Irish SMEs can now receive up to 80% net funding from EI to participate in the Galvia AI-Accelerator – contact your DA to learn more.
